Day 01: Welcome to Hanoi  

Welcome to Hanoi. Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is known for its centuries-old architecture and a rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese and French influences. At its heart is the chaotic Old Quarter, where the narrow streets are roughly arranged by trade. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by your private guide. Transfer to the hotel for check-in. Free at leisure.

Day 02: Hanoi City Tour

Breakfast at Hotel  

The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda nearby, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda. Take 01 hour cyclo tour around the Old Quarter to enjoy the soul and sound of Hanoi.

Day 03: Hanoi - Lao Cai - Sapa  

After Breakfast at your hotel and check-out, you will be picked up by a private vihicle with your private guide and Transferred from Hanoi to Sapa via Noibai - Laocai Expressway. The travel time is approximately 5 hours. Lunch at a local restaurant in Sapa. 

Afternoon visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages of Hmong and Dzay minorities. You have the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery and rice terraces. Walk through villages where ethnic people live. Visit their homes and witness their daily activities. End of trip. Drive back to Sapa Town.

Day 04: Sapa - Bac Ha Weekend Market  

Have breakfast at hotel.

At 07.30: Your private guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and transfer about 2.5 to 3 hours to Bac Ha Town, home of Flower H’mong ethnic people 

On arrival, you will visit Bac Ha Sunday Market - the most beautiful market of Minorities people in Vietnam. Every Sunday morning, many different ethnic groups such as Flower Hmong, Phu La, Black Dao, Tay and Nung minorities gather to buy and sell local products that cannot be found elsewhere. You will observe and explore the lifestyle and culture of local people through the market. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

After lunch, you will have a short transfer to Trung Do village of the Tay minority. On arrival, board a private motor boat and cruise along the Chay River - admire the breathtaking views as you float through this beautiful landscape.

Note: In case the level of water is not able to take boat trip, you can change to take a buffalo cart in Trung Do village instead.
Back to the private vehicle for the journey to Sapa and spend the night there.

Day 05: Sapa - Fansipan Mountaint - Hanoi 

In the morning, you will have a short transfer to Fansipan Cables Station and Take a scenic cable car ride up 3,143 meters above sea level to the peak of Fansipan Mountain, the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula, Fansipan. Take in an impressive scenic view of Hoang Lien Son Range and Muong Hoa Valley’s natural landscapes as you ascend up the mountain. When you reach the top, spend time admiring the breathtaking views and explore the various temples at the peak. Immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the mountain with a visit to the Bich Van Thien Tu pagoda, Bao An Thien Tu temple, and Thanh Van Dac Lo spiritual landmarks.  

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon transfer back to Hanoi via Laocai - Noibai Expressway. The travel time is approximately 5 hours. Transfer to Hotel for check-in

Day 06: Hanoi City – Halong Bay Cruise  

Breakfast at Hotel and Check-out  

Transfer to Halong Bay for the tour 2 days/ 1 night on Cruise.

Day 07: Halong Bay – Hanoi   

Breakfast at Boat Cruise 

Continue your cruise to discover the Halong bay 

After brunch on board your junk, it will be time to head back to the pier to return Hanoi. 

On the way back from Halong Bay, stop to visit Phu Lang village in Bac Ninh is considered as a famous ceramics village in Vietnam (If time permits). Afterwards, transfer back to Hanoi for check-in.

In the late afternoon, make a walking tour to explore the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Along the way, you will have a chance to discover the street food of Hanoi under guidance of our local guide, very unique travel experiences. This tour takes 3 hours. At the end of the trip you are free to continue exploring Hanoi Old Quater.

Day 08: Hanoi – Ninh Binh (B,L)

After Breakfast, travel to Ninh Binh province. The journey from Hanoi to Ninh Binh province takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. 

On arrival, we will visit Hoa Lu (Ancient Capital City of Vietnam) and enjoy a unique boat trip to visit three caves, Tam coc known for the name “Halong bay on land” due to its spectacular scenery with limestone karsts rise up of the ground to tower over the region, and is a truly wonderful sight to see. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we go for a bike ride in a rural village about 45 minutes. The bike riding is a great way to see the country side. We will visit a temple, a local family and a local market. This is a great opportunity to meet some locals and learn more about daily life in the region.

Late afternoon, transfer back to Hanoi and relax yourself totally.
