Day 1: Hanoi  Arrival (D)

Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport in Vietnam's capital of Hanoi, your tour guide will welcome you outside the customs area holding a sign with your name on it. Transfer to the hotel for check-in. The room is at your disposal from 14h00. We’ll then proceed with a sightseeing tour of Hanoi.

• Explore the Old Quarter by rickshaw to view the most elegant French colonial architecture and the bustling streets in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi City Excursion (B, L, D)

Full-day tour of Vietnam’s capital city, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house, one pillar pagoda, and the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature also known as the “First University of Vietnam”. Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon: 

• Visit Thu Huong Lacquer Arts & Workshop where you will learn about the history of lacquer, when it appeared in the world and how it developed through centuries. You will also learn about the color that is made from tree bark and the technique of using it, making the difference between Japanese or Chinese lacquer with Vietnamese one, and get to know the reason why traditional Vietnamese lacquer takes a long time to finish.
• Visit the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) where you can discover the diversity of Vietnam’s many ethnic groups.

In the late afternoon, enjoy a traditional water puppet show. Dinner on your own. 

Remark: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum closes from 08 September to 08 November for annual maintenance. Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Fridays and Mondays and most museums are closed on Mondays. All visitors to the mausoleum are required to wear clothes covering their knees and shoulders. This applies to both men and women.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Overnight on Cruiser (B, L, D)

Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. At around 8:00 AM, your private guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and transfer about 3.5 to 4 hours to Halong — with a 30-minute comfort stop. Arrive in Halong in the late morning 

12.00 – 12.30: Embark on the Halong cruise. Check-in, enjoy a welcome drink & cruise briefing. Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; admire the fascinating formations on the way.

In the afternoon, explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave. Back to junk for refreshing before having dinner on board.

Overnight Cruise in the Famous Halong Bay

Day 4: Halong – Hanoi – Danang - Hoi An (B, L)

Have breakfast on board. Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic rowboat, meet the locals, and pass through the floating school and fish farms.

Disembark in Tuan Chau Wharf around noon. End of trip. Your private guide and driver will pick you up at the pier and transfer you to the Airport for the flight ...........  to Danang - Hoi An

Welcome at the airport and transfer to Hoi An and check-in at the hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 5: Hoi An Experience (B, L, D)

After breakfast, we will walk to visit Hoi An colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds, and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the Ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We take a boat ride along the river to the hidden Thuan Tinh Island. Then, expert chefs take you through the process of making a range of traditional Vietnamese dishes. Cook in the open air, surrounded by trees and with a view of the water—a perfect activity for a relaxing day. The cooking lesson runs for about two hours. After the lesson, we sit down and enjoy what we have cooked.

In the afternoon, we take a light excursion to go around the Ancient town of Hoi An and visit the Museum of Trade Ceramics or Museum of Folklore in Hoi An, Guangdong Temple, and The Chinese Assembly Hall of Phuc Kien. Our guide will tell you all the stories behind these historical relics. The tour will end with visits to the Japanese bridge, Phung Hung Old house (if time permits), and last but not least, Thang Loi Handicraft Workshop. Dinner at a local restaurant. 

Enjoy the mix of peace and alive nightlight in Hoi An Charming Town in the evening on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 6 : Hoi An - Ba na Hills - Golden Hands Bridge (B, L, D)

Today, we drive to Ba na Hills. Take cables to the Top Hill. From the most modern cable car in Southeast Asia, look out over panoramic views of Da Nang city. After finishing the first cable car trip, you will explore the famous Golden Bridge and numerous other cultural attractions, including shrines, temples, a monastery, and the French village and tea shop. Have lunch at a restaurant (buffet). After lunch, you are free to explore the French village or join games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park(only some free games depending on Fantasy Park policy)

14:30: Return to the Cable Car to leave Ba Na Hills. Transfer back to Hoi An. Dinner at a local restaurant.

 Day 07: Relaxing on the Beach at Hoi An (B) 

Today, you'll have a day at leisure to enjoy Hoi An Beach, you can relax in the sunshine and sunbathe on the beach.

Optional Activities:

• Hue Heritage Tour
• Haft Day Trip to Cam Thanh Coconut Forest (with Lunch), where tourists can row a basket boat through the small rivers, canals, and ditches, pass through two sides of coconut, or experiment as fishermen, join in some water games activities, enjoy the sunset over the river.
• Full Day Trip to the Cham Islands
• Haft Day Trip to My Son Heritage 
• Lantern Making Class - The Great Cultural Heritage of Hoi An. The Lantern making lesson runs for about two hours

Day 8: Hoi An - Departure (B)

Breakfast and Free time until get transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Check-out time: 12h00.
