Day1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
You are welcome at the airport and then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Balance of the day is free time. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City excursion – Night train to Lao Cai (B,L)
The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda nearby, the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda. Take 01 hour cyclo tour around the Old Quarter to enjoy the soul and sound of Hanoi.
After that, transfer to the Railway Station for the night train to Lao Cai.
Overnight on train with A/C, soft sleeper cabin (4 people/cabin).
Day 3: Lao Cai – Bac Ha Sunday market - Sapa (B,L,D) or (Can Cau Saturday Market)
The train arrives in the early morning. Our local tour guide will be waiting you at the Railway Station .Breakfast at a local restaurant and then depart for Bac Ha Market with 2 hours driving. Bac Ha Market is the largest and most colourful market in the area. Every Sunday morning, many different ethnic groups such as Flower Hmong, Phu La, Black Dao, Tay and Nung minorities gather to buy and sell local products that cannot be found elsewhere. After lunch, you will walk to the Tay minority village of Trung Do where you will get onboard a traditional boat and cruise along the Chay River.
Back to the private vehicle for the journey to Sapa and spend the night there.
* Note: If you cannot travel by boat down the Chay river, you will enjoy a magical water buffalo cart ride while traveling through amazing countryside inhabited by the happy and hospitable Tay minority people.
Option 2: You will arrive at Lao Cai at around 6.00 am and transfer to the restaurant nearby for a short rest and enjoying breakfast. Afterwards you will spend the day visiting Ta Phin and Ma Tra villages. We drive from Lao Cai to Ta Phin village where we will get to know the daily life style, handicraft traditions and specific customs of the Red Dzao tribe. Take a walk through rice paddies and enjoy spectacular scenery along the way before arriving at Ma Tra village, home of the black H’Mong ethnic people. Hidden away from civilization the villagers still maintain their way of living and life as they have for many centuries. Later on, transfer to Sapa town in the late morning. Lunch at a local restaurant. Check in to your hotel. The balance of day is free at your leisure. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Lao Chai – Ta Van – Night train to Hanoi (B,L,D)
Today our guide takes you to villages populated by H'Mong and Dzay peoples, respectively called Lao Chai and Ta Van. Lunch at a local family. From here you drive to Lao Cai station for night train back to Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi – Ha Long (B,L,D)
The train arrives at Hanoi in the early morning (05.00 AM). Pick up from here and transfer to a local restaurant for breakfast and short rest before a journey to Ha Long.
Around 08.00 AM, drive to Ha Long Bay with 4 hours travelling for the overnight cruise on a deluxe junk. Begin with a seafood lunch then explore some limestone caves. In the afternoon enjoy a swim or relax in the sun on the top deck.
Day 6: Ha Long – Hanoi - Hue (B,L)
This morning continue to move around the bay to find more secluded areas. At around midday, the boat will return to the main harbor before transferring to an awaiting vehicle for the journey back to Hanoi to catch the night train to Hue. Overnight on train with A/C, soft sleeper cabin (4 people/cabin).
Day 7: Hue City excursion (B,L)
The train arrives in Hue around 08.00 AM. After breakfast at a local restaurant, you board the Dragon Boat for cruising on the romantic Perfume river heading out for the countryside. After the boat trip which takes around 45 minute, you arrive the Pagoda. Thien Mu Pagoda was built on a hillock overlooking the Perfume river. This pagoda is an icon of Vietnam and the symbol of Hue city.
Finish your visit at Thien Mu Pagoda, get on the car waiting outside to visit the Citadel, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. The Citadel was built in 1805, and took 27 years to complete from 1805 to 1832. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we continue to visit Dong Ba Market. This is Hue’s largest market
Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8: Hue – Hoi An (B,L)
Free time in the morning.
In the afternoon, drive to Hoi An via Danang. Stop over at the wonderfully photogenic fishing village of Lang Co before a scenic route climbing over the Pass of Ocean Clouds (Hai Van Pass).
On arrival in Hoi An in late afternoon, transfer to hotel.

Day 9 : Hoi An City Tour (B,L)
In the morning, we take a walking tour to Hoi An ancient town.
Visit Thang Loi Handicraft workshop in Phan Chu Trinh Street where we have the chance to experience all the typical traditional handicraft of Hoi An: wood carving, mat weaving, lantern making, silk worm raising, spinning and weaving, table cloth making and embroidery picture. These handicrafts made great contribution to upgrade living standard of local people since Hoi An turn to be popular destination for the tourists.
Then, we continue to discover the hidden charm of Hoi An ancient town. We will visit of a Chinese temple, the Tan Ky house, the Japanese bridge and ceramics museum.
You will discover the famous handicraft silk lanterns, symbols of the city..
Then, you will make a visit to Hoi an Market . Return to your hotel.

Day 10: Hoi An – Danang – Saigon (B,L)
Depart with guide to Danang Airport for the morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Welcome at the airport and transfer to city. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will departure to visit the historic sites of the city: President Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, Ben Thanh Market. Check in at the hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 : Saigon- Mekong delta (B,L)
After breakfast. Full day tour to Mekong Delta with boat trip along Mekong River, visit the farm houses, the orchid. Discover the normal life of local people in Mekong Delta and try to ride the sampan through the Channels. Lunch at local house. After lunch back to hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 : Saigon city - Departure (B)
