Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

Welcome at Hanoi Airport by your private guide. Transfer to the hotel for check in. We’ll then proceed with a sightseeing tour of Hanoi.

CITY TOUR HIGHLIGHTS:

• Visit West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda where you can get a deep understanding of the local life, culture and religion
• Explore the Old Quarter by rickshaw to view the most elegant French colonial architectures and the bustling streets in Hanoi
• Enjoy a traditional water puppet show which is unique to Vietnamese culture
• Dinner at a local restaurant

Day 2: Hanoi – Sapa (B,L,D)

After breakfast at your hotel and check-out, you will be picked up by a private vehicle with your private guide and transferred from Hanoi to Sapa via Noi bai - Lao cai Expressway. The travel time is approximately 5 hours. Lunch at a local restaurant in Sapa. 

Afternoon visit the Silver Waterfall - the most beautiful waterfall in Sapa, and then enjoy the great view and feeling at the "Heaven Gate" of Sapa - the highest point of Hoang Lien Son mountain range where you can see majestic Lai Chau Valley and imposing Fanxipan mount 

Option 2: Afternoon visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages of Hmong and Dzay minorities. You have the opportunity to take beautiful photos of rice terraces and enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery. Walk through villages where ethnic people live. Visit their homes and witness their daily activities. End of trip. Drive back to Sapa Town.

Day 3: Sapa – Fansipan Mountain – Hanoi (B,L)

In the morning, you will have a short transfer to Fansipan Cables Station and Take a scenic cable car ride up 3,143 meters above sea level to the peak of Fansipan Mountain, the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula, Fansipan. Take in an impressive scenic view of Hoang Lien Son Range and Muong Hoa Valley’s natural landscapes as you ascend up the mountain. When you reach the top, spend time admiring the breathtaking views and explore the various temples at the peak. Immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the mountain with a visit to the Bich Van Thien Tu pagoda, Bao An Thien Tu temple, and Thanh Van Dac Lo spiritual landmarks.  Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon transfer back to Hanoi via Lao cai - Noi bai Expressway. The travel time is approximately 5 hours. Transfer to Hotel for check-in. Free at leisure

Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay with Day Cruise (B, L).

Explore Ha Long Bay - a UNESCO World Heritage Site - in just 1 day

07.30: You will be picked up by a private vehicle with your private guide and transferred from Hanoi to Halong Bay.

10:30: Boarding on Luxury Cruise and enjoy some light refreshments while the boat is heading towards some incredible landscapes in the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site.

12:00 – 13:00: Savor your lunch aboard Halong Luxury Cruise and adore the stunning scenery of the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, Thien Cung and Dau Go caves along the way.

13:00 – 14:00: Your first excursion is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave where you will be surprised by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay once you exit the cave. This is the largest cave in Halong Bay, and the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years have taken on fascinating shapes.

14:30 – 15:30: Don’t miss the fun at Luon Cave – one of the best places for kayaking*. If you wish to just enjoy the view, a bamboo boat will bring you inside.

15:30 – 16:15: Your next stop is Titop island to hike to the top for stunning panoramic views of the Bay. After your hike, go for a refreshing swim in Halong Bay’s emerald waters or sip from a coconut in the shade you can hike to the top for stunning panoramic views of the Bay or enjoy a refreshing swim in Halong Bay’s emerald waters.

16:20 – 17:20: Savor a drink* on board whilst the Luxury Cruise is getting back to Tuan Chau Marina.

17:30: Return to Hanoi from the harbor.

Day 5: Hanoi City Tour –  Departure (B,L)

The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This haft-day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda nearby, Temple of Literature. Lunch at a local restaurant.

*All visitors to the mausoleum are required to wear clothes covering your knees and shoulders. This applies to both men and women.

In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for the departure flight.
