Day 01: Journey to Sapa – Nature’s Hidden Gem (Meals: L)

Morning: Private Transfer from Hanoi to Sapa

After checking out of your hotel in Hanoi, you will be picked up by a private vehicle with your private guide for a scenic drive to Sapa via the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway. This comfortable journey takes approximately 5 hours, passing through stunning landscapes of rolling hills and valleys.

Upon arrival in Sapa, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor authentic northern Vietnamese cuisine. 

Afternoon: Explore Silver Waterfall & O Quy Ho Heaven Gate

- Silver Waterfall (Thác Bạc) – Begin your afternoon with a visit to Sapa’s most beautiful waterfall, where cascading white waters tumble down amidst lush greenery. This natural wonder, located about 12 km from Sapa Town, is a peaceful retreat and a perfect spot for photography.

- O Quy Ho Heaven Gate & Pass – Continue to O Quy Ho Pass, also known as "Heaven's Gate", one of Vietnam’s four most stunning mountain passes.

• Marvel at breathtaking panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range.
• Experience the thrill of the winding road as it ascends to 2,035 meters above sea level.

Once the trip is complete, the car will transfer you back to Sapa Town, where you’ll check in to your hotel and unwind.

Day 02: Fansipan Mountain – The Roof of Indochina (Meals: B, L)

Start your day with a short transfer to Fansipan Cable Station, where you'll embark on a scenic cable car ride to the summit of Fansipan Mountain (3,143m)—the highest peak in the Indochinese Peninsula. As you ascend, take in the breathtaking views of the Hoang Lien Son Range and the Muong Hoa Valley, with its rolling hills and lush landscapes.

Upon reaching the upper station, you’ll have time to admire the stunning panoramic views and explore the spiritual landmarks atop Fansipan, including:

• Bich Van Thien Tu Pagoda – A peaceful pagoda with intricate architecture.
• Bao An Thien Tu Temple – A place of worship with cultural significance.
• Thanh Van Dac Lo – A spiritual site known for its serenity and scenic backdrop.

To reach the true summit of Fansipan, you’ll need to climb an additional 600 steps (approx. 30 minutes). The steep and narrow ascent requires stamina, so we highly recommend taking the funicular railway for a more comfortable and safer experience, especially for children, the elderly, or those unaccustomed to strenuous activity.

Important Notes:

• Fansipan Cable Car & Funicular tickets (round-trip) are NOT included in the tour.
• Due to the mountain’s geology, the climb is not suitable for the elderly, individuals with asthma, vertigo, heart conditions, or mobility impairments.
• Pushchairs, baby carriers, and slings are not recommended due to the number of steps.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

After the Fansipan adventure, return to Sapa Town for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Free Time in Sapa

The rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace or relax after the trek. Here are some ideas:

• Explore the Stone Church (Holy Rosary Church) – A historic French-built church in the heart of town.

As you walk through these villages, you’ll experience the daily lives of the local ethnic communities by visiting their homes and observing their daily activities, such as weaving, farming, and traditional handicraft making.

After exploring, we will drive back to Sapa Town for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Transfer back to Hanoi via the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway. The journey takes approximately 5 hours.
